It was rated as a 3 star and we would agree with that and were satisfied with what there was. We didnt use any appliances except the kettle as we had our meals with our family at their holiday let.

Generally a good position, parking area only suitable for small cars. Building site at property next door, some background noise from property above. Disappointed that the DVD player did not work (was replaced after we spoke to the housekeeper for our second week). Also one of the storage heaters does not work (there was a replacement provided buRead moret this wasnt made clear from the start) Hide

the evening without have a numb backside at the end of it. Although the building work next door was not too intrusive there was no fence on the low dividing wall and therefore we felt we were not able to sit outside with any privacy. This and looking onto a building site and portaloo. A welcome pack was advertised but none was provided. The flat loRead moreoked a lot bigger on the website pictures and we were surprised on how small it is. Overall the flat is adequate but could be dressed better. Some of the decore looked very dated. The bed was comfortable and it was great to have parking onsite. The location was great as only a short walk to the high street. Hide

This cottage is a great location for being able to walk to the everything very recently and the advantage of safe onsite parking was a real bonus. It was also very peaceful as set so far back from what is a quiet road.

Could have been informed of the extensive building works being carried out next door. This prevented us using the outside space during most of our stay. The property itself is ideal for couples, and ideally situated, but could do with more comfortable seating in the lounge.

A brilliant location just minutes from the beach & shops. The place had everything I needed for a solo stay - including a good selection of books The Rings of Saturn (a book so set for this coastal landscape) amongst them. Even in February with just a bit of sun - the courtyard was a sun trap. Off street parking is an added bonus.

Ideal short break holiday home perfect position in a busy town. We went in August but it was quiet and most importantly has off road parking a huge bonus. There is outdoor seating too. Kitchen equipment was ok we did not cook evening meals but could have if we chose. Would stay again and have already recommended it to our daughter and son in law.

Suffolk Secrets were really helpful and their service is excellent. There was an issue with the TV in the property and they responded quickly and sent out an engineer on a bank holiday. The information provided with the booking and their communication was superb.
