Spacious family-friendly home, ideal for large families or groups of friends. This is the perfect base to discover the beauty of North Devon and Exmoor. Spend a few hours on the local rock, sand, and shingle beach (0.2 miles), before enjoying a pub meal with magnificent sea views at the Grade II-listed pub overlooking the beach. Walk through the village and discover a countryside path leading towards Exmoor National Park (4.5 miles) or enjoy a family day out at Combe Martin’s famous Wildlife and Dinosaur Park. Set in the North Devon Area of Outstanding Beauty, the attraction includes animals, life-size animatronic dinosaurs, indoor soft play, the Dino Express train ride, and free daily talks and encounters. Escape to the pretty village of Lynmouth (12 miles) where you can wander around the attractive harbour, spotting fishing cottages along the way. Lynmouth is connected to the village of Lynton by the Cliff Railway, which holds the world record as the steepest and highest fully water-powered Victorian railway. Experience a memorable coastal walk from Lynton to the Valley of Rocks, renowned for its unusual geology and intrepid goats.

The property sits in an elevated position and may not be suitable for guests with limited mobility. Both of the living rooms have a TV and DVD player, so you can set the kids up for a movie night in one and enjoy drinks and conversation in the other. There is a spacious, modern kitchen/diner with a table seating 8 for formal meals. If you prefer casual dining, the breakfast bar seats 4 and is a sociable place to enjoy a family breakfast. The ground floor also benefits from a study and a cloakroom with WC. On the first floor, there is one king bedroom, one double bedroom, plus a bathroom with a bath, separate shower cubicle, and WC. There is a further separate WC on the first floor. The king bedroom features a large bay window and a balcony with delightful sea views. On the second floor, there is a double bedroom with sea views, a bedroom with bunk beds with sea views, and a single bedroom. The bedrooms on the second floor are served by a shower room with WC.

The terraced rear gardens can be accessed from either the ground floor or first floor balcony of the property. There is an attractive patio with wonderful sea views, grassed areas, and an outdoor dining seat. The garden is set on an incline with steps and may not be suitable for guests with limited mobility.
