Located in the heart of Abersoch is this contemporary two-bedroom home. It’s an ideal space for a small family wanting to explore the coastline. Abersoch is a fashionable seaside village and a pretty place for a stroll with its harbour, sheltered beach, and excellent seafood restaurants. From the harbour, you can enjoy day trips around Saint Tudwal’s Islands or head just under half a mile to the main beach and spend the day swimming, sailing, or windsurfing. Alternatively, golf lovers can practise their swing at the 18-hole golf situated behind the beach. From the property, walkers can pick up the Llyn Coastal Path and enjoy the 2-mile walk to Porth Ceiriad Beach.

The lounge on the ground floor is a large and inviting space with comfortable sofas, armchairs, tiled flooring, and swathes of natural light. Homely touches include plump cushions, artwork on the walls, and ambient lamp lighting. From the lounge, an arched ceiling leads through to an attractive dining area featuring an elegant table with seating for four people. There’s also a set of French doors and when the weather’s good you’ll want to push open the doors and let the outside, in. A compact kitchen is located off the dining area and features a pretty bay window with views over the patio. There’s a convenient bathroom on this floor too. From the lounge, a staircase leads to the first floor where the two bedrooms are located. Featuring a double bed and twin beds, the rooms are light and airy with whitewashed walls and attractive pine floorboards. Both rooms have a TV while the master bedroom also has a sofa and armchairs for extra comfort. The handsome Juliet balcony is a bonus and offers up village and sea views. There’s also a shower room on this floor.

Outside, shrubs and potted plants fill the front stone patio. It’s a pretty space perfectly set up for sociable, outdoor dining with a garden table and chairs. Alternatively, sit under a shady tree with a chilled drink and watch the world go by.
