Escape with your loved one to this pretty chalet surrounded by picturesque views and with easy access to coastal walks. Situated on the edge of a small village, Stoke Fleming, you will enjoy sheer peace and tranquillity in this Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. Just 1 mile away are the shores of Blackpool Sands, a golden beach with a shingle and sheltered bay backed by a forest, perfect for spending a day soaking up the sun. Keen walkers will be able to access the South West Coast Path within the village. It winds along the clifftops and promenades of Devon and boasts some incredible sea views. For evenings eating out or days exploring independent shops and galleries, visit Dartmouth (2.5 miles).

 

Set in a small development down a country lane, this property is in a peaceful location. The lounge/kitchen is open-plan and sociable, so you can both spend time cooking together of an evening or preparing picnics for days out. The lounge has a comfortable sofa and Smart TV along with patio doors which give access to the far-reaching sea views for you to admire. Head through to the bedroom for a restful's night sleep and enjoy waking up to sea views from the comfort of the double bed. Whilst this room is small, it is equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Adjacent is the shower room with a WC.

 

Outside and through the lounge’s patio doors is a private patio with seating. Use the binoculars provided and see if you can spot any dolphins or seabirds. Enjoy dining alfresco on the picnic bench while the sun sets and the sea breeze rolls in or make use of the shared, sloping gardens.

What a beautiful little chalet for a couple on a romantic holiday. The view was spectacular and the location. Would recommend every week of the year..I wish it was mine

The chalet was very well equiped, & comfortably furnished. Bedlinen ,towels etc were immaculate. We were aware that one person has to manoeuvre their way into & out of bed, owing to lack of room around , but the view out over the bay was well worth it.

We had a fabulous couple of days in the cottage. Super location (we love Stoke Fleming and all the Dartmouth area. Our only gripe was the bed situation, of me having to clambour over my husband in the night to use the bathroom! But otherwise it was a beautiful cottage decorated to our taste as well. Would definitely like to visit again.

A lovely place to stay with a great sea view. Very well equipped. Only thing was having to climb over partner to get onto my side of bed but apart from that it was faultless. Really tranquil spot.

A compact chalet with everything you need for a short or long break. Ideal location for exploring the surrounding countryside. A village shop and a couple of nice eating places within walking distance. Once we arrived, there was no need to move the car again until we went home. It was the best short break we have ever been on.

We enjoyed our stay at Little Seawatch in Stoke Fleming, a nice quiet location, pity about the weather! We found it clean, compact and very comfortable, loved the view from the bed. Handy hints in the welcome folder for walking to Blackpool sands beach and Dartmouth( we got the bus back! ) The local pub The Green Dragon was very friendly and busy wRead moreorth a look, also there is a good local post office/ village shop. We would stay again, R&R Norwich. Hide

position of property was excellent and the property very clean and well equipped, one comment I would make is about the bed,I feel it should be pointed out that it would not suit anyone with mobility issues, as there is no space to get around the bed and you have to climb over or roll on,however once in the bed it is extremly comfortable!

Have stayed at a number of Marsden's properties and they have always been excellent. They have always been well equipped and in lovely locations.
