French doors from the sitting room go to the sun decking that’s furnished with sun loungers and a picnic table. Steps lead down to a small grass area and below the garden, there’s a gated paddock with a large pond beyond. There’s plenty of fun outdoor luxuries to enjoy here, including a games barn with table tennis, table football and dining furniture (food cannot be cooked in here) and a circular plunge pool in an outbuilding, available May until the end of September and heated throughout summer with solar panels. Access the pool via a decked area and steps into the pool. A hot tub can be arranged in advance request to the owners.
