This detached single-storey holiday property is a fantastic place for a seaside getaway on the Suffolk coast. The shops, cafes and pubs of Aldeburgh are also nearby at just under half a mile away. It means this house is the perfect place for popping out for lunch or perhaps picking up a few picnic treats and heading to the pebble beach, which is visible from several places in the property. Boating is also a popular pastime on the Alde estuary where a large variety of yachts can be seen at summer weekends. Aldeburgh is located in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and is surrounded by nature reserves, such as North Warren RSPB Reserve, so wildlife watchers will be in their element.

The property is well-presented throughout and benefits from large picture windows which let the light flood in so guests can take full advantage of the spectacular sea views. The kitchen is a good size with plenty of worktop space and everything you need to cook up your favourite dishes, while the open-plan sitting and dining room has plenty of space for guests to relax over dinner. A real feature of the property is the sunny conservatory, furnished with an additional dining table and sofa, with double doors opening onto the garden - the ideal spot to relax on holiday whatever the weather. The property also has three inviting twin bedrooms, with the largest having zip-and-link beds so you can choose to have it as a super-king-size as well as an en-suite shower room with WC. There’s also a family bathroom with a bath and WC. Finally, there’s a separate utility room that houses the washing machine and dishwasher.

This is a well presented property in very close proximity to the sea. We enjoyed breakfast every morning looking out over the sea. It was very spacious and had everything that we needed. There is plenty of parking space and within walking distance of the town centre.

This is a lovely spacious cottage in an excellent location with views of the sea from the dining room. The sun lounge, garden and on site parking are an added bonus.
