The house has a lovely, homely interior, with attractive country-style furnishings and a cosy open fire inside a feature stone chimney surround in the airy living/ dining room. French doors open to the garden and a patio. A separate lounge is comfortably furnished with a TV, DVD player and coal-effect electric fire and the well-equipped kitchen has a handy breakfast bar. Also on the ground floor is a bedroom with 3´ bunk beds (from 2025 this bedroom will be Twin Beds (2'6")) and a shower room with WC. Upstairs are three roomy bedrooms: one king-size and two doubles, 2 of which have glorious views. One of these also contains 3´ bunk beds and the other has an ornamental period fireplace.
Outside, a suntrap patio has four steps leading to the lawned garden and a raised decked terrace with wonderful sea views, ideal for al fresco dining.
