This is a typical Welsh semi-detached cottage, made from local stone with a slate roof, in a lovely quiet setting. With hills and forests as a backdrop and the river less than 100 metres away, it’s the perfect spot for a holiday. The bright lounge/diner features a comfortable three-piece suite to relax on after a day exploring the great outdoors. There is a good-sized dining table and a TV. The simple kitchen offers garden views from a large window with a small breakfast table and chairs next to it. Two light and airy bedrooms, accessed via open plan stairs, offer a single and double which share a family shower room. The single bedroom has a lovely period fireplace (not in use). A heated outside utility room is a great extra touch for those wanting to dry off their outdoor gear after a day enjoying the elements, or for storing bikes.
The enclosed garden with a lawn and patio area is a great spot for making the most of the valley views. Enjoy watching the start of a new day in this peaceful green location or make the most of the views when the evening sun disappears behind the green hills.
