Situated in Betws Y Coed, known as the adventure sports capital of Eryri (Snowdonia), lovers of the great outdoors will enjoy almost endless opportunities at this fantastic location. Mountains, rivers, gorges and forests offer something for everyone - from the gentlest ramble through to kayaking, mountain biking, climbing, or one of the many adventure activities like the alpine coaster in the Fforest Zip World just 2 miles away. Couples and small families will love the setting, with the cottage located just over a stone bridge from the main street in the iconic town. Explore the many shops, cafes and pubs or enjoy a walk along the riverside.

With hills and forests as a backdrop and the river less than 100 metres away, it’s the perfect spot for a holiday. A heated outside utility room is a great extra touch for those wanting to dry off their outdoor gear after a day enjoying the elements, or for storing bikes.

The  enclosed garden with a lawn and patio area is a great spot for making the most of the valley views. Enjoy watching the start of a new day in this peaceful green location or make the most of the views when the evening sun disappears behind the green hills.

Lovely little cottage with all we needed for a relaxing few days. Travelled with one dog so the garden was a bonus. Ideal location for all amenities, shops, restaurants and bars and all within a 5 minute stroll. Situated by a river with stunning views and lovely woodland walks, Swallow Falls was spectacular especially in the Autumn!

Manaros is a very comfortable cottage in a fabulous location for all the amenities of Betws-y-coed. We found it to be an excellent base for exploring Snowdonia, and there are many opportunities to participate in activities that do not even require driving further afield. While it operated on a limited time table, the journeys from the local stationRead more were a great way to enjoy a picturesque train ride. We would highly recommend Manaros as a great place for a holiday. Hide

A comfortable cottage right in the heart of Betws y Coed. The parking space a real bonus. Great shower. Comfortable bed. The location and scenery is just stunning with lovely woodland river walks from the door. Would definitely stay again.

Lovely little cottage in a beautiful Snowdonian village. Was clean and fresh (not tired like at least one review suggests). A bit of everything supplied (toilet paper, soap, dishwasher tabs etc). Owner was quickly contactable when toaster tripped the electrics. Beds couldve been a little firmer. Lovely little cottage in a great location, we felt little Tlc maybe is needed with some decorating as it was looking a little tired. We loved our cottage and would come back again if it was taken care of. Agency comment - the property has now been redecorated

This is the 3rd time we have stayed at Manaros as we find it ideal for walking into the village and local walks. Lovely comfortable cottage, had an issue with the Freesat box but immediately the owner ordered an updated new one and the lovely caretaker & husband came the day after and installed it, big thank you!
