A super-stylish holiday home perfect for a family or group of friends who want to enjoy the easy-going coastal life in Devon. Spend days on the beach or walk the stunning coastal paths before relaxing at this superb home. In the village of Shaldon, you will find eateries, pubs and a range of shops, as well as a peaceful beach where you can watch the boats come and go. Join the South West Coast Path which passes through the village and take in some of the stunning views while breathing in the sea air. Take the ferry across to Teignmouth (2 mile) and enjoy the amusements on the pier or play crazy golf. Hop in the car and head further afield to wonderful Torquay (7.5 miles) and the incredible beaches along the ‘English Rivera’.

In August why not come and join in the fun at the Shaldon Regatta, a nine day event that is over 200 years old and offers fun for all the family.

This three-bedroom home has contemporary styling throughout and combines country living and coastal chic superbly. Enter into the welcoming lounge/diner and spend chilly evenings on the comfortable sofas in front of the warming wood burner. Three steps down take you to the practical kitchen which has plenty of surface and storage space for you to prepare tasty meals and snacks. Great location - prefect for dog walks on Ness beach, close to pubs and nice places to eat and superb base to explore South Devon. Cosy cottage, comfy beds, quiet at night despite central location, well equipped - great welcome pack. Some cleanliness issues but nothing major, beds and towels lovely and clean.
