This comfortable, well-presented second-floor apartment is set above a popular restaurant overlooking St Ives Harbour; it’s the perfect base for experiencing this popular area on land and water. Water sports lovers, sunbathers and sandcastle builders will feel at home at Harbour Beach, just 200 metres away, while the golden sands of Porthmeor, Porthgwidden, Bamaluz and Porthminster are all under 0.5 miles. St Ives is home to a plethora of independent shops, galleries, museums and restaurants amongst its winding streets within 0.5 miles. Walkers and keen ornithologists will enjoy The Island, 300 metres away; the grass-covered peninsular, which is part of the South West Coast Path and separates the harbour from Porthmeor Beach, is a popular stop-off point for migratory birds in autumn.

Rear entrance not very welcoming but once inside the apartment it more than makes up for it.Perfectly located best views of the harbour.Good sized comfortable bedrooms nice lounge and kitchen all you need for a good holiday

The flat is in a wonderful position right on the bay, you enter it from behind some restaurants which was pretty grim as they were really smelly but once in the flat the view was fantastic, it wasnt particularly clean with a few issues that need addressing but it didnt spoil a lovely holiday

The place was lovely, location perfect and the view spectacular. Sheets crisp and glorious and kitchen was well stocked (bar a cork screw and veg peeler). The beds were also very comfy. We did sadly struggle a little with the noise from the corridors and downstairs with banging doors outside ours and downstairs throughout the first night, loud musiRead morec from bars and people in the alley outside and a very unsettled new baby underneath the main bedroom who cried through the night every night and could be heard throughout the flat. Seemed to echo significantly in the corridors and sadly woke all of us up each night, recognise that this is not in your control but for non heavy sleepers it was tricky and worth considering. Recognise noise is hit or miss too, a week later there may have been no noise, we may have just been unlucky. The alley entrance isn't particularly pretty as it houses the restaurant bins from the harbour front, especially on bin day, but the property inside is very lovely. Hide

Great location and clean but stains on sofas and bed maintenance as seemed poor no mattress covers or pillow covers stained carpets and furniture sofas ! Could be something special with some tlc and money spent

Good location, some equipment was broken or not working, washing machine and tumble dryer not clean. Issues reported but not acted on which was a H+S risk. Good value for money though. Tenants on last night in no.2 partied all night so didn't sleep well. If I was stuck for choice the property would work for me but I wouldn't take my family or frienRead moreds there.
