This impressive, three-bedroom property with oak wood flooring is finished to an extremely high standard, and enjoys easy access to unforgettable coastal scenery. The grassy dunes, coves and golden sands of Porthcothan Bay, the perfect base for swimmers and sunbathers, are just 0.5 miles from the property. Seasoned walkers keen to explore the coast on foot can soak up the spectacular views at Bedruthan Steps and Trevose Head, which lie 3 miles and 4 miles away respectively. Cornwall is renowned for its fantastic seafood offering, and numerous restaurants and pubs line the streets of Padstow, situated less than 5 miles away.

The seating in the fresh and inviting lounge is arranged around a suspended wood burner, while an upright piano is set to one side of the spacious kitchen/diner, accessed via three steps from the lounge. Natural light pours through the large windows and French doors found in these areas, enhancing the views of the sea and surrounding countryside. There are three bedrooms in the property: two super-king-size and one twin room. The super-king-size rooms have en-suite bathrooms, each with a walk-in drench shower and a WC. The main bathroom contains a shower over the bath, a walk-in drench shower and WC, as well as a washing machine and tumble dryer.

Outside, a terraced area with seating, accessed via a short flight of stairs, sits above a maintained, enclosed garden bordered by mature shrubs. It’s the ideal space for alfresco dining or watching colourful sunsets.

This cottage is in a lovely quiet position. The views from the lounge were good. Lots of bird life to watch.

The property was clean, well equipped, very comfortable and in a good location with nice outdoor seating, garden and parking. I'd happily stay there again.

Great stay in a wonderful house, lovely views and very quiet. Would highly recommend it. Its a shame the local pub Tredrea Inn closed down a couple of years ago.
