Set on the first floor of a former barn, this attractive apartment nestles at the heart of Padstow, within reach of the harbour, colourful shops and galleries and acclaimed eateries. Sleeping five guests, the two-bedroom holiday home makes a great base for a family or two couples staying in North Cornwall together. Enjoy days out to the beach from here: try St George’s Cove, 1 mile away, or sandy Harbour Cove, 2 miles from the apartment. Pick up the South West Coast Path from Padstow and undertake the 7.5-mile circular walk to Trevone, around the headland and be greeted by spectacular views. Otherwise, why not plan a day out to Tintagel, 15 miles away, to see the castle made famous by the legends of King Arthur.

Climb the iron spiral staircase up to the first floor of the barn and enter to find stylish, and spacious accommodation. The really well-presented open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner is a great place to spend time together, watching the Smart TV after busy days out or taking turns at preparing homecooked meals with the fresh seafood you have bought in town. Dine together at the table or pull a stool up to the breakfast bar. Also on this floor are the two lovely bedrooms - either the large family bedroom, with super-king-size bed and additional single, or the pretty double bedroom. Both bedrooms also benefit from having an en-suite shower room.

Whilst this apartment does not have any outside space, it’s just 350 metres from the edge of town, where there are plenty of green, open areas and the gorgeous harbour area.

Very comfortable, excellent location, well equipped and quality furnishings & decor. Would definitely stay here again & recommend to others. Although no allocated parking at property, it wasn't too far to the car park where a week's parking was very reasonable. You can load/unload car at property but may be blocking deliveries to hotel.

This is the second time we have stayed at The Old Custom House and would stay again if visiting Padstow . The property is perfectly located very close to the harbour. its spacious and clean. Parking can be an issue if you go out for a time and return in the mid part of the a specially in high season.
