This beautiful holiday home near Llanidloes is set on the owners' farm. It’s a secluded, idyllic location in the trees, overlooking a pond, stream and hillside, just a few metres from the shared facilities on site. Only 1 mile away is the village of Trefeglwys; there you’ll find a pub that serves food if you fancy a night off from cooking.
On the ground floor, you enter the open-plan living area with oak flooring, two sofas, an armchair and a wood burner. Here, you can cosy up in front of the TV with DVD. The kitchen is well equipped with light wooden units and integrated appliances. You then have the dining area with a table and chairs that seats four. For laundry duties, make use of the utility room with a washer/dryer. The first bedroom with zip-and-link twin beds (which can be made up as a super-king-size zip-and-link bed), features French doors that overlook the pond. The final room on the ground floor is a shower room with a walk-in shower, heated towel rail and WC. On the first floor, there is a reading area on the mezzanine. The second bedroom has a double bed and French doors that open up to a balcony with a table and two chairs, plus an en-suite bathroom with a shower over the bath and WC.
Outside, you have a pretty decking area overlooking the pond, garden furniture and a BBQ. There’s also a shared games room, a children’s play area, junior football pitch and a full-size tennis court.
