An attractive apartment on the first floor of a beautiful building in Looe, this holiday home is the perfect place to watch the sun set and gaze out over the sea. With two balconies offering different views, the two-bedroom property sleeps four guests and makes a great base for getting out and about in South East Cornwall. From here, stroll 150 metres to the small beach at Hannafore or drive 1 mile to sandy East Looe Beach to go swimming or snorkelling. Keen walkers might like to pick up the South West Coast Path and head out in either direction: try the 1-mile section to Portnadler Bay, for example, or the 5.5-mile stretch to Polperro, which passes a 6th-century monastery.

Follow the 50 steps or so up to the building, let yourselves in and climb the internal stairs up to the first floor, where your private accommodation is situated. The lounge/diner offers a place to relax after your excursions, where you can a film and open the doors up on to the balcony on warm days to enjoy the view beyond. The separate kitchen is small but well equipped and once prepared, the food can be enjoyed on the dining table or out on one of two balconies. This apartment has a lovely double bedroom and a king-size, with zip-and-link beds that can be made up as twins upon request and access to a balcony. The bedrooms both have TVs and share a family bathroom.

There is a small, shared lawn to the front of the building. The property has two private balconies, with garden furniture and different appealing views from their elevated position.

Lovely apartment. Everything you need is supplied. Great location and the added benefit of a parking space which is needed at hannafore as can get very busy, This is why we keep going back.

What a lovely holiday we had. The apartment was probably the cleanest we have ever stated in. The location was excellent for us, an easy walk to Hannafore and beyond
