An appealing, stone retreat, situated on a working farm, this inviting, single-storey abode is ideal for getting out and about in the picturesque North York Moors. Sleeping four guests, the two-bedroom cottage has something of a barn style, with open-plan living and beamed ceilings. Situated near the hamlet of Lealholm and the within the scenic Esk Valley, it is perfect for a small family or two couples eager to follow footpaths or enjoy cycle rides from the doorstep. This cottage will also suit those hoping to bring a four-legged friend.

Let yourselves into the cottage, which has underfloor heating, to find the heart of the holiday home is its welcoming lounge/kitchen/diner, where you can gather together after your exciting trips out. Open the French doors in here on warm days, settle down in front of the Smart TV in the evening and prepare homecooked meals in the kitchen, with the tasty produce you have bought on your trips out. There is also a useful utility room in the cottage, where you can whizz your walking wear through the washing machine, and a family bathroom, where you can treat yourself to a hot bath or shower after long hikes. At the end of each exhilarating day, head off to either the lovely double or the cosy twin bedroom all furnished with homely wooden furniture.
