The nearby market town of Dereham (1.5 miles) has plenty of great places to eat and drink plus a golf course and cinema. Local attractions include Gressenhall Farm and Workhouse, Norfolk Lakes Activity Centre, Raynham Hall, Foxley Wood and Pensthorpe Natural Park (all within 12.5 miles). Heading north you can visit the bustling town of Fakenham (12 miles) which is home to a popular racecourse. The historic city of Norwich is to the east (22 miles), with its thriving market, two glorious cathedrals, a beautiful medieval castle, the vibrant Norwich Lanes and the peaceful Plantation Garden.
This beautiful property features a smart and welcoming lounge with exposed beams and brickwork. Handsomely decorated, with a wood burner set in a feature fireplace, the lounge is a great space to sit back, catch up with a book, snuggle in front of the TV/DVD and watch a favourite movie or play a board game – there’s a selection of games, CDs and books available.
