This impressive property is set in on Skilmans Hill in the prestigious South Green area and has views over the marshes towards Southwold Harbour and to Walberswick beyond. You’re 250 metres from the Market Place, and an excellent range of small shops including a greengrocer, a family butcher and a delicatessen. The beach is half a mile away and a 1.5-mile stroll takes you to the harbour or, in the opposite direction, the fantastic shops, restaurants and pubs in the town centre.

Unwind and chat in the lounge, which features wooden floors and an array of sofas and armchairs set around a Smart TV. The kitchen/dining area is filled with natural light and equipped with high-quality appliances; a central island makes preparing food easy and the oval-shaped dining table with colourful chairs is positioned next to bi-fold doors opening to an outside area.
