The cottage was in a good location and had views of the sea, however it is a fairly steep walk up from the beach. The beds were comfy and the garden was well kept and it was nice and peaceful to sit out on the decking. Overall it was a nice cottage and served us well for our first holiday to Cornwall.

The garden is lovely especially if you have a dog and the location is excellent. You can see and hear the sea. It is a short walk from the end of the garden to the beach and then on to the shops and pub The property itself could do with some improvements to make it more comfortable and enjoyable to stay in but overall a good private and peacefulRead more place to stay. Loved the quirky feel to Seacrest Cottage and really enjoyed our stay, we were lucky to pick a sunny week. The beach was fab and we enjoyed walking along the coastal path to Bedruthan Steps and beyond. Slept really well, super comfortable beds!

What a delightful little cottage Seacrest is? From the minute we walked in, we felt right at home. With a lovely, slightly "retro" feel, it was so cosy with stylish soft furnishings and beautiful lighting, the gorgeous sofa was perfect for an afternoon snooze! The logburner made January days extra cosy but the storage heaters are really efficient Read moreand warmed the house very quickly when we needed it. We took our dog so the lovely long garden was a bonus and made it easy to get out onto the path down to the beach at the bottom. Small but perfectly formed, the cottage has everything you need, ideal for two people, I wanted to move in! Hide

Third visit to Seacrest. Lovely little cottage. 10 min cliff path walk from the garden to access to beach, surf, cafes, pub, fish & chips and the village shop. Porthcothan, Padstow, Watergate, Newquay etc only 15-20 min drive away. Wood burner was a great cosy extra for our October stay.

Quirky and quaint this cottage was very well equipped and had everything we needed. We slept really well and so did Dave the dog.
