Sitting above Torquay’s bustling harbour, this stylish townhouse is ideal for families who want to explore the English Riviera’s beaches, towns and villages. The town has a range of shops, eateries and activities on offer, such as water sports, boat rides and the usual seaside amusements, whilst Beacon Cove (0.5 miles) is great for building sandcastles and swimming in the sea. As part of England’s Seafood Coast, Torquay has become popular with foodies, catering for all tastes and budgets. The South West Coast Path also passes through, with Paignton and Brixham (within 8 miles) to the south, or Teignmouth and Shaldon (11 miles) to the north. For a memorable family day out, head to Paignton Zoo (4.5 miles).

This inviting property has everything you’ll need for a comfortable stay, with the added convenience of being within 100 metres of the town’s amenities. You enter the hall on the ground floor before heading into the bright and airy kitchen/diner. Here, you can spend quality time together whether you’re cooking, playing a game at the table or reclining on the sofa. The main lounge is on the first floor with enough comfortable seating for everyone, a wood burner-effect gas fire and a TV. A family bathroom completes the accommodation on the first floor. Upstairs on the second floor, there are three light and relatively spacious bedrooms, two of which have en-suite shower rooms.

There are two outside spaces for this property. The first is accessed via the French doors in the kitchen/diner (*new kitchen installed September 2024 *) and is a small terrace with dining furniture, so you can enjoy al fresco dining with a view. A lovely property which is split over three levels. The property is well equipped and is within easy walking distance of the centre of Torquay. Great views of the harbour and the town from all levels.

Very nice apartment across three floors, enough rooms/bathrooms for all of us no issues there.Nice location overlooking the harbour and no noise, short walk to a few pubs (5 mins max) and 7 mins to the harbour. All beds were comfortable and clean, bathroms also clean and tidy. Able to cook/warm up our dinners in the kitchen/dining room which was niRead morece and tidy, also had the nice harbour view. Quite enjoyed the stay at this place. Hide

A lovely property in a fabulous location! Just a short walk to the harbour and all that it offers. Plus you know your car is safe behind electric gates (particularly when its difficult to park in Torquay on busy, sunny days). The house is a home from home and has everything you could possibly need for a great holiday. The cleaning team do an amRead moreazing job getting the house ready for each occupant and we wouldnt hesitate to recommend Riviera if youre looking to relax in South Devon. Hide

This property is acceptional, the best we have stayed in. Spotlessly clean and well equipped. The views were amazing and only a short walk to the seafront. Regular bus service to local resorts and near the coastal path which is well worth walking. Andy was very helpful when the television gave up on us . Would recommend.
