Stay in this characterful home in the scenic coastal village of Combe Martin, set on the edge of Exmoor National Park. Sitting on the outskirts of the village, this home is less than 0.5 miles from pubs, shops, and eateries. Combe Martin Beach is a lovely sand and shingle beach backed by dramatic cliffs and great for surfing. Head to the other side of the village and find yourself amongst the glorious rolling countryside of Exmoor and its many walking and cycling routes. For a day out for all the family, visit the Wildlife and Dinosaur Park (1 mile), a large attraction home to many animals and a great way to spend the day.

Perched on an elevated spot in a peaceful cul-de-sac, this three-storey home has plenty of space for guests to spend quality time together, or enjoy relaxing. Entering the ground floor, there is a garage with storage space for bikes and surfboards, as well as a cloakroom with WC. Upstairs on the first floor is the lounge and a kitchen/diner. Cook up a storm in the practical and stylish kitchen before eating together at the dining table which has enough seating for all guests. Afterwards, get comfortable in the cosy lounge. When you are ready to sleep away the day, head up to the second floor where all the bedrooms are located. The master king-size has a TV with DVD, as well as an en-suite shower room and WC. Admire the sea views out of the window as you enjoy a morning coffee in bed. The second bedroom is also a king-size, while bedroom three has a single bed, and the fourth has bunk beds, great for the children of the group. Completing the interior of the accommodation is a family bathroom with a shower over the whirlpool bath, and WC.

Head through the doors in the kitchen and down a few steps to a lovely private patio area. This gravelled courtyard has garden furniture and a BBQ, ideal for dining alfresco on a warm evening.

A very nice, well equipped three storey town house situated close to the centre of Combe Martin. We enjoyed the lovely sea views from the lounge and the master bedroom. Great base for touring the North Coast of Devon and access to SW Coast Path is close by.

The property is of an excellent standard and the location is perfect for those with pets as the dog friendly beach is a five minute walk . The photo of the bay view doesnt do the vista justice, we never tired of the view whilst relaxing in the lounge especially with the balcony doors open . Would definitely consider rebooking.
