The Perch is a lovely property with gorgeous views and feels very relaxing. We have stayed twice in 2 years as it is in such a good position and is very high quality. We love the original art work and the designer space. The Perch is definitely a luxury property and deserves the 5 star rating.

"This was our first visit to Suffolk and we found the house and the location perfect. The house has been beautifully designed, built and maintained to a very high standard. It had everything we needed for our stay. The outlook from the house, both front and rear, were amazing! Southwold has a lot of incredibly beautiful walks through heathland, maRead morershes, beaches and much more. We walked many miles during our stay and enjoyed every aspect of the location. We will definitely return in the future." Hide
