This end-terrace cottage is on a quiet road in the centre of the picturesque village of Old Hunstanton. Watch the sunset over the sea on the sandy Old Hunstanton Beach (0.8 miles) or dine out at the Michelin Star restaurant in the village (0.05 miles). If you’re a family who loves wildlife, don’t miss out on Sea Life (1.9 miles) in the neighbouring town of Hunstanton, watch the deer graze at Old Hunstanton Deer Park (0.7 miles) or visit Farmer Fred’s Adventure Play Barn (3.6 miles). Learn the history of the medieval castle and fort of Castle Rising (13 miles) or roam the grounds of Sandringham Estate (11 miles).
Approaching the property, you’ll notice the bold, rusty ginger-coloured house made up of local carrstone. The modern sitting/dining room offers a dining table with five chairs beside a large window on one side and a comfortable lounging space on the other. Sink into the leather sofas to relax while watching the Smart TV. Entering the kitchen, it has a farmhouse feel with wooden flooring and worktops. It’s a bright and airy space with everything you need to cook a hearty meal. There’s also a cloakroom on the ground floor with a WC. Climbing up the stairs, there are three bedrooms and a bathroom on this level. Run a bubble bath and enjoy a glass of wine to wind down in the bathroom before sleeping like a baby in the master room with a double bed. The second bedroom is a sizeable twin room and the third bedroom has a small single bed.
Enjoy the sun all day in the south-facing garden. It’s fully enclosed, making it a comfortable and private space. There’s a patio area with chairs to relax on and also a lawned area.
