The cultural and culinary opportunities are also outstanding. Snape Maltings, a world class concert hall and home to the Aldeburgh Festival, is five minutes' drive away. The popular seaside sailing town of Aldeburgh is a 20 minute drive away, offering a marvellous beach, a variety of quirky shops and art galleries, a cinema, and restaurants, not to mention the renowned fish and chips. Woodbridge is a 30 minute drive away and for those who are interested in history, nearby Sutton Hoo, is one of the greatest Saxon archaeological finds of all time.
Situated between Aldeburgh and Orford - one of the most beautiful and rural parts of the Suffolk coast - Marshland Estate Barn has something to offer everyone. The enclosed south-facing patio is the ideal place to admire a colourful sunset or catch sight of the fallow deer that roam Captain’s Wood. Guests also share access to the grounds with the neighbouring property.
