Heavy oak pillars provide a reminder of the building’s heritage, interspersing cosy sofas and a long eight-seater dining table. Accessed from French doors in the living space, a patio at the front of the property spills onto an area of lawn with mature trees. Enclosed with rustic wooden posts and rail fencing, the garden has a brick-built BBQ, and a dining table and chairs for everyone to gather over an al fresco meal. A 4-acre mown paddock beyond can be accessed through your own gate.

Everything about this cottage has been designed for comfort and homeliness. The view is spectacular. We bought eggs from Gordon's hens who were a delight to see running up and down in their large enclosure every day. The cleanliness in the house was second to none. The beds were very comfortable.
