Enter the home via the pretty conservatory through to the hallway of the main house. On the left, you’ll find an inviting, traditional-style dining room, making it the perfect place to gather for the whole group. The large lounge is relatively formal with carefully curated furnishings which make the space liveable, warm and inviting. You’ll find a wealth of exquisite lighting, flagstone flooring and rugs throughout the home. To the rear of the cottage is the traditional farmhouse-style kitchen, an inviting warm space complete with working Rayburn and hotplate, a range cooker, a ceramic hob and a lovely Welsh-style dresser. The well-appointed utility room features a freezer, washing machine and tumble dryer. Upstairs, you’ll find four delightful bedrooms: two doubles, one king-size and one zip-and-link twin (that can be made up as a super-king-size on request). While the king-size bedroom enjoys a fabulous en-suite bathroom with a free-standing roll-top bath, a separate shower and a WC, the three remaining bedrooms feature well-appointed en-suite shower rooms. All four bedrooms boast traditional-style furnishings coupled with a calming patina of colours, textures and touches of whimsy.
The cottage is located on a National Trust-managed livestock and arable farm. The outdoor space comprises a large, enclosed garden with sweeping sea views and a designated patio with a BBQ and seating area for al fresco dining. There is private parking for four cars.
