Relax and unwind with your loved ones at this beautiful home by the sea. Light, bright and spacious throughout, it’s the ideal accommodation option for families or groups of friends in search of a cheerful retreat by the sea. Take a gentle stroll by the colourful beach huts on the 2-mile-long promenade (100 metres). Along the way, you’ll pass the historic Martello Towers (0.5 miles), which were built to resist a potential invasion by Napoleon, and you’ll eventually stumble upon the Felixstowe Seafront Gardens (1.5 miles) - a string of eight terraced Victorian and Edwardian gardens that have helped earn Felixstowe the nickname of the ‘Garden Resort of East Anglia’. Alternatively, head to Felixstowe Museum (1 mile) to browse its collection of mammoth tusks, cannon balls, fossils, medieval coins and Roman ceramics. Further afield, make your way into Ipswich (13 miles) to take a boat tour along the picturesque Shotley Peninsula or enjoy dinner at one of the stylish eateries on the town’s buzzing waterfront.
Step inside and you’ll discover a modern, spacious sitting room that’s bathed in natural light – the perfect place to socialise with your loved ones. Take a moment to make yourself at home before heading to the sleek and stylish kitchen to cook up a storm. You can then host a group dinner around the intimate dining table in the kitchen. A handy cloakroom with a WC completes the ground-floor layout. Up on the first floor, you’ll find two tastefully designed bedrooms – both with single beds that have optional pull-outs that can be converted into king-size beds on request (please specify your preference at the time of booking). A smart family bathroom rounds off the first-floor layout. Up on the second floor, there’s a gorgeous master bedroom with an emperor-size bed with an en-suite shower room. This room boasts a large balcony and incredible sea views – the perfect place to enjoy your morning coffee.
Outside, you’ll find a smart deck and a small patio with garden furniture. After dinner, sit back, relax and sip a glass of something cool and crisp as the stars come out.
