Set in a friendly residential part of Wadebridge, this delightful property offers cosy accommodation for up to five guests discovering a breathtaking part of the North Cornwall coastline. Wadebridge is perfect for water sports including water-skiing, canoeing and sailing. The town has a fantastic choice of shops, pubs and restaurants as well as a cinema, and makes a great base for keen walkers following the Camel Trail which leads to Padstow, 6 miles along the river. Heading inland the Camel Trail leads 5 miles to Dunmere Wood and a couple of miles further to the historic market town of Bodmin. There are plenty of sandy beaches nearby including Trevone Bay, Rock Beach and St George’s Cove, all within 9 miles.

On entering this fresh and relaxing property you will find a spacious lounge which provides a welcoming spot for you all to unwind in. This tastefully decorated room is perfect for everyone to get together, chat about the day or spend an evening watching a favourite movie. The lounge leads into the light and fully equipped kitchen/diner. From the dining table you can glimpse distant country views over the rooftops as you gather round to enjoy a fabulous homecooked meal. The stylishly designed kitchen has a wealth of equipment and workspaces. The ground floor also has a handy separate WC. Going upstairs, the first floor features a refreshing bathroom and three tastefully furnished bedrooms to choose between. The first is a lovely double room with an en-suite shower room, and there’s also a pretty twin room and a snug single, all with plenty of storage space.

From the dining area, patio doors lead out onto a charming decked area with steps leading down into the enclosed garden.

The property is just as described and what we expected except it is on a steep hill. It is a modern house in a quiet residential estate. I would recommend this property and is good value.

Great location for visiting towns across most of Cornwall, particularly so in relation to very easy access to A39 and A30 . The house provided an ideal base and was well equipped and relatively spacious for a weeks break. Although situated on a small housing estate, it was very quiet and felt private. A most comfortable, well-equipped property. Excellent facilities, in particular the range of kitchen equipment and the easy to operate appliances. A useful supply of basic condiments was welcome. A really great house and excellent location where all the Cornish beaches like Polzeath, Constantine and stunning coastal villages / harbours of Port Isaac and Padstow are just 20-30 mins away by car.
