Set within the coastal town of Southwold, you can enjoy sunbathing on the golden sands during the summer months or perhaps take a brisk winter walk along Southwold’s pier which is open all year round. On the ground floor of this holiday home, there is a kitchen, snug, dining room, two bedrooms and a bathroom. The kitchen has an impressive range cooker, plenty of worktop space and a large American-style fridge/freezer – perfect for preparing large meals to feed all the guests at once. There’s also a table and chairs to seat four. This leads into the snug area with comfortable seating to relax in. The dining room is where all guests can come together over some food and drink at the large table and chairs that seat 15. It also overlooks the sea through a floor-to-ceiling bay window. The first bedroom offers a double bed, two single beds and sea views. The second bedroom has a double bed, bedside tables and an armchair. The bathroom features a beautiful double-ended claw-foot bath, double rain shower cubicle, heated towel rail and WC. There’s also a cupboard housing a washing machine and tumble dryer. On the first floor, there are another two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Both bedrooms have king-size beds and the bathrooms have a shower over the claw-foot bath and WC. There is also a lounge on this floor and a library. The lounge features Chesterfield leather sofas, a Smart TV with DVD and panoramic sea views. The library has shelves stacked with books and two comfortable armchairs to relax in. Up on the second floor is a king-size room with sea views. And accessed via stairs from the library, is a double bedroom with an additional single bed, and en-suite bathroom.
Outside, guests can relax in the enclosed front garden with wooden furniture and stunning views of the sea. There’s also a BBQ for al fresco dining during the summer months.
