This delightfully fresh and welcoming property is full of character and enjoys a wonderfully secluded and elevated location surrounded by glorious scenery. Just a couple of miles from the coast, the property sits high above the beach at Trebarwith Strand and offers fantastic holiday accommodation for up to seven guests, making it perfect for larger families, or smaller families holidaying together. With its rugged location and dramatic views, Tintagel is just 2 miles away, home of the Arthurian castle with a history dating back to Roman times. The pretty beaches at Trebarwith Strand and Bossiney Cove are less than 3 miles away. Also within easy reach are the popular surfing beaches at Polzeath and Widemouth Bay, both within 16 miles.

Entering this gorgeous property the ground floor offers a spacious lounge with Sky TV, DVD and a welcoming wood burner. With fabulous views from picture windows, this is a great space for everyone to sit back and chat about the day’s activities. The ground floor also has a separate WC and the first of the property’s four cosy bedrooms: a delightful king-size room. Heading down to the lower ground floor you will find the beautiful main kitchen/diner. With painted beams and plenty of useful equipment the kitchen is perfect for preparing all your favourite meals which you can share around the central dining table. There’s also an additional galley kitchen with a handy extra table making a pleasant spot for breakfast or a snack. The light-filled conservatory offers glorious garden views. The remaining three bedrooms also have wonderful views: there’s a single room and two twin rooms, one of which has Sky TV and an en-suite shower room. The property features a games room with table tennis and large sofa, making a fantastic getaway for younger guests. Finally, there’s a refreshing main bathroom.

The location is brilliant; just up the road from the best beach in Cornwall and not far from Tintagel for shops. The view from the house towards the sea was stunning. All in all an enjoyable stay.

Trevalley house is a clean spacious and comfortable holiday home. The garden and sea views are lovely. We found interesting places to visit. We received a good deal of information from the owner beforehand which proved useful in helping to plan our holiday.

What a lovely place Trevalley House is! Very comfortable with everything you need, plenty of space and a beautiful garden. Fantastic views across the valley towards Trebarwith Strand. We had a great week, and would love to come again. Thanks.
