Make yourselves at home in this atmospheric wooden lodge, with a beautiful interior and gorgeous country views. This unique property was thoughtfully designed with plenty of space for everyone, so it’s an ideal retreat for families or groups of friends with children. Located in Little Petherick, it’s perfectly situated for exploring some of Cornwall's most captivating places. Walking trails lead from the lodge to Little Petherick Creek – a popular spot with nature lovers – and onto Padstow (3.5 miles). This popular Cornish town is famous for its excellent restaurants and working fishing harbour. From there, you can take a ferry to Rock (4 miles), an exclusive resort town filled with boutique shops, up-market eateries, and sublime beaches.
Enter your wonderful cabin via a flight of external steps, to find a vast lounge area with painted wooden walls and beamed ceilings. The room is filled with natural light from the large windows and French doors, and feels airy and welcoming. The lounge is split into two seating areas, a cosy corner space with leather sofas arranged in front of a Smart TV and a Cornish-stone fireplace, and a separate area ideal for entertaining. Walk through to the well-equipped kitchen where a TV can keep you entertained while you cook. Two dining tables allow plenty of space for socialising. Freshen up in the cloakroom with WC, then head upstairs to find three spacious bedrooms with varnished wooden walls and high A-frame ceilings. Each room can be set up as a super-king-size or twin, according to your preference. The main bedroom has an en-suite shower room and a balcony with beautiful views over the valley. A separate bathroom serves the other two bedrooms.
French doors lead from the lounge and the kitchen onto a large deck ideal for outdoor dining on warm days and evenings. The upstairs balcony has seating and lovely rural views. Down the steps on street level is private parking for two cars.
