This appealing property with spectacular scenery and golden beaches on the doorstep is perfectly placed for a family or two couples sharing. Sleeping four guests, it is within 800 metres of shops, pubs and excellent fish restaurants in Mullion and moments from the glorious South West Coast Path. The Victorian harbour, maintained by the National Trust, has a small, sandy beach at low tide. Other lovely beaches, including Polurrian, Poldhu and Gunwalloe, with its quaint church, are within 1 mile, while Kynance Cove (3 miles), near the tip of the rugged Lizard Peninsula, is a Cornish gem, renowned for its remarkable rock formations. Spot seals on boat trips from Mullion Harbour and meet more fascinating marine wildlife in the care of Gweek Seal Sanctuary (6 miles). Visit picture-postcard St Michael’s Mount at Marazion (20 miles) and enjoy a cream tea at the island’s National Trust cafe. Indulge yourself at the Mullion Cove Hotel, just 180 metres away, where non-guests can use the luxurious spa.

Enter your welcoming holiday home via four steps up to an enclosed, south facing decked terrace and the front door. Inside, find the light-filled, open-plan living/kitchen/diner space, with a lovely use of colour throughout. A sumptuous, velvety sofa is perfect for relaxing after a wonderful walk along the coast path, while the simple wooden dining table has space-saving folding chairs. The compact kitchen has all the mod cons keen cooks could wish for, including an air fryer and coffee machine. Enjoy a good night’s sleep in two charming bedrooms: a double and a twin, both with white bedsteads, pretty bed linens and ample storage space. The bright bathroom, shell decorations, pictures and other attractive accessories enhance the coastal theme.

Outside, the spacious, decked terrace overlooks a shared front garden with a large lawn, and houses seating and dining furniture. From here you can enjoy the sunshine through most of the day due to the perfect south facing aspect. Close by is a large, shared field with magnificent views across to the sea and clifftops.
