Panoramic views over Looe along the harbour, coastline and out to sea make this bright and welcoming house a top choice for a seaside holiday. The location in West Looe means peace and quiet but you’re in easy reach of all the town’s attractions. This cosy house sits at the end of Dawn Road, an area owned by the comedienne and writer Dawn French. Cafes, tennis courts and pitch and putt are all close by and The Hannafore Point Hotel is open to non-residents and offers leisure facilities and use of the swimming pool (at extra cost). A short stroll down the hill leads to West Looe, where visitors can cross the bridge or take a boat taxi to East Looe, with its many independent shops, cafes, pubs and restaurants.
The house is on two levels with steps leading up to the property. Inside, the lounge/diner has a large, comfortable window seat to make the most of those fabulous views and a dining area seating four. The separate kitchen has everything you need should you choose to cook, as well as a small breakfast table. There's also a separate WC to complete the ground floor. Upstairs, you'll find two bedrooms – one king-size and one twin. The king-size room is spacious and has a TV making it ideal for a lazy lie in, whilst the twin, even though it is a cosy space, feels light and bright with lovely views. There is also a good-sized bathroom on this floor.
A lovely tiered rear private garden with a decked seating area is accessed by a door from the upstairs landing and is the perfect place to soak up the extensive views. To the front is a paved sun terrace with garden furniture where you can sit out, take in the evening sun and watch the world go by.
