The Suffolk Coast and Heaths Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty offers a variety of picturesque walks, such as Dunwich Forest or Dunwich Heath (9 miles away).

Far View One is in a great location, close to all the amenities but in a quiet area. The apartment is very spacious with ample storage space. The welcome pack was a lovely touch.

Location perfect for town, common and walk to the harbour. Sea also not far away. Apartment nicely and tastefully equipped. Being on the ground floor was good and my husbands mobility scooter to be in the garden.

The cottage/apartment had everything we needed except somewhere comfortable to sit.

Overall we liked it a lot including position and design. I'd have a preferred a larger bed and would remove the dresser in favour of arm chairs. The fitted wardrobes were splendid. The low level fridge in the kitchen is difficult to navigate.

Great situation for the Suffolk coast, very interesting area for walking, birding and looking round all the little villages.

This property is supposed to be 4* Consequently we would expect more than one cheap toilet roll and 3 dishwasher tablets!!. It does not represent value for money. We have had better properties for less money with other companies.

Southwold is a great destination and there are plenty of country walks around it. Good local places to visit are The Pier, Walderswick, Aldeburgh, Snape Maltings, Dunwich Beach, Dunwich Heath. All the above I wrote is true and sounds rather damning. However, I do think this property can be made more comfortable with the suggestions I have made to the owners. A king sized bed with a comfortable mattress would be ideal. The location is great for Southwold and there is a lovely view from the lounge with some stunning sunsets.

Great location ideal for the town and amenities. A good base to explore the surrounding area. Southwold has great eating places but in high season may get very busy. If parking needed to be shared this could present a problem. Overall we would recommend this property.

A superb apartment in a great location. Comfortable, clean, well equipped, with amazing art works. Wonderful view from the large bay window across the garden and the common beyond. Convenient for the town, harbour and sea front. A car parking space is an added bonus. Would certainly recommend this accommodation.

This property was the perfect setting to relax and well situated for going out and about. A beautiful flat, well appointed, comfortable and with a fabulous view over the common. Will definitely be coming again.

This is a very good property for a couple in Southwold. My only real gripe was the two ring hob.This was pretty limiting even for the simple meal preparation that we used it for.There is plenty of room for a standard hob so this seems an odd decision. I would certainly be happy to book this property again.
