Explore the many independent shops and galleries, replenish at the fantastic eateries or watch the impressive boats coming and going from the harbour. Pendennis Castle is a great day out. Over at Helston and Porthleven there are enchanting walks through the picturesque Penrose Estate footpaths leads to Loe Pool, Cornwall’s largest natural freshwater lake where you can join the coastal path to reach the ever popular fishing village of Porthleven to the west or Gunwalloe Cove and Poldhu to the East.
