Sleeping six people, large families or groups can enjoy trips away to Southwold - one of Suffolk’s most popular towns - at this property. Plus, with the town being on the property’s doorstep, guests can not only enjoy Southwold itself but venture to other nearby areas of the Suffolk coast such as Aldeburgh 18 miles away and Walberswick 8 miles away, both brimming with English seaside tradition. All these towns have plenty of shops, cafes, restaurants and pubs that make whiling away a holiday here extremely pleasurable. Buying freshly caught fish, for instance, from one of the fisherman’s huts in Aldeburgh is a must-do.
This Georgian townhouse has plenty of space for guests to relax. The elegant sitting room has one of the property’s main fireplaces around which guests can congregate on the sofas and chairs. The kitchen is light and bright thanks to skylights, and there’s a gas hob and electric oven for making delicious meals from locally sourced produce. The separate dining room has a table, chairs and benches in front of another fireplace. The downstairs is completed with a shower room and WC. Upstairs, on the first floor, there are two double bedrooms. The family bathroom is on this floor too with an impressive, free-standing roll-top bath. The second floor has the final two bedrooms (both singles) which benefit from sea views. The fourth room is a single which is accessed through the 3rd bedroom.
Outside, the garden is enclosed by walls and laid mainly on the lawn. The pretty patio area has a table and chairs to enjoy meals when the weather allows.
