Follow the 4.5-mile circular walk, the Ingleton Waterfalls Trail, or discover the fascinating Roman ruins at Ribchester and wander the winding lanes of Lancaster, with its medieval hilltop castle, all within 26 miles.
Inside the cottage you’ll find a welcoming lounge with comfy sofas placed around the TV and the wood burner, which is set inside a feature fireplace. The kitchen/diner is a charming space, with a window over the worktops offering a view onto the lawn. Stylish flooring and country-style furnishings create a warm ambience and there’s seating at the dining table for up to eight. Enjoy a soak in the ground-floor bathroom’s tub.
