The cottage is nice for a short break! You can make yourself a good meal in the kitchen. There are a few nice farm shops and good butchers in the surroundings. There are also many nice walks :-) and lot of places are dogfriendly.

Cottage is in excellent location, is clean, comfortable and well-equipped. The arrival instructions were clear and the house file giving instructions, etc. is comprehensive. The en-suite bathroom is beautifully spacious, as is the bedroom. We had good parking (two large cars) and the neighbours were most friendly!

Cottage was in a good position in the village and a bonus to have parking for 2 cars. With having a dog the garden being fully enclosed and safe was perfect.

Overall cottage was clean and comfortable with good amenities . Ensuite shower head fixing loose and require attention! Garden area shrubs require maintenance (overgrown). But overall satisfied with accomodation. Well located for days out to visit places of interest with not to much travelling involved..

A spacious, well equipped cottage in an ideal location. A few little niggles but nothing worth mentioning. We would definitely like to book it again for the Aldeburgh Arts Festival next year.

A really lovely cottage in a lovely location. Very clean and well equipped. Comfortable beds and plenty of room in the open plan area. Very quiet at night. If you are elderly or disabled, bring your own suction handles for use in the shower. There is quite a step to get in.

Very comfortable and quiet location. Beautifully decorated. The only suggestions I would make are: (1) Some reasonable wine glasses are provided - the only ones there were more like thick ice cream sundae glasses and awful to drink out of! Appreciate that glasses are easily broken, but inexpensive ones can be provided. (2) To provide sufficient liqRead moreuid soap in bathrooms / kitchen that hasn't been watered down. These two points seem penny pinching and detract from the otherwise excellent quality of everything. Hide

Unjustifiably expensive, we are restricted as a family by disability so cannot easily go abroad as we used to or we would, rather than pay inflated prices for a UK cottage. That said the cottage was nice, lovely garden. We did have a problem with the hot water but this was resolved very quickly by very pleasant staff.
