Located just 90 metres from the beach, this five-bedroom holiday home is perfectly situated for family holidays with plenty of shops, cafes and pubs all close by. It’s nestled in the heart of Southwold, a traditional seaside town that’s famous for its iconic lighthouse, pier, beach huts and fresh seafood. You can take the foot ferry across the River Blyth to Walberswick (2 miles) for some of the county’s best crabbing, or head down the coast to Dunwich Heath (11 miles) and RSPB Minsmere (12 miles) for a spot of bird spotting.

Sleeping eight adults and one child, this spacious property is set over three storeys. On the ground floor, you have a living room, kitchen/diner and shower room. The open-plan living space features a large bay window with plenty of natural light, a TV with a DVD player, and a feature fireplace. There’s plenty of seating too with three sofas and an armchair. The kitchen/diner is fitted with all the appliances you need plus there is a separate utility room with a washing machine for keeping on top of the laundry. The dining area offers a wooden table and seven chairs, plus a bench for large group meals. There’s also a handy shower room on this floor too. Up on the first floor, there are three bedrooms – a king-size, a twin and a single room – and a bathroom with a shower over the bath. On the second floor are bedrooms four and five – a double and a twin – plus a shower room.

Outside, guests have access to a rear courtyard garden with seating for two, with the beach less than 100 metres away being perfect for picnics and sundowners.
