This smart bungalow is an easy choice for a relaxing family holiday on the North Cornwall coast. An ideal property for beach lovers, the Seven Bays of St Merryn surround you, whether your family enjoys beach walks, sandcastle building, rock-pooling, swimming or surfing you’ll be spoiled for choice. Located on St Merryn holiday park which in near St Merryn Village and Padstow Town, guests can make the most of a raft of on-site facilities including a shop, bar/restaurant, tennis courts, football field on and an enclosed dog walking area onsite. Nearby there are a wide selection local pubs, award winning restaurants, delis, shops, cafes, galleries, bike trails and walks.

This bungalow offers a good deal of privacy, with a long front garden and driveway, and an enclosed garden to the rear. The lounge/diner has a cosy sofa area with a wood burner-effect electric fire for chillier evenings and a dining area with an elegant dining table and chairs. The compact kitchen is bright and well-equipped, and a handy freezer and washing machine are found in an adjacent utility area. There’s a family bathroom with a shower over the bath, two good-sized double bedrooms and a bunk bedroom for children.

Outside, there is an enclosed, lawned garden bordered with mature shrubs and a picnic bench for al fresco family meals.

Lovely, comfortable house near to the beaches and with a good corner shop on site. The dog proof garden really is dog proof so we were able to let our greyhound have his freedom in the garden (some places say they are dog proof but don't have a gate or a high enough fence/hedge).

Great holiday bungalow for our 2 week holiday. The surprise gifts on arrival were very much appreciated. The bedrooms were very welcoming, clean and fresh. The whole place was cosy and lots of utensils to keep us going. Ideally placed near all beaches and main roads, so quiet at night and a great field for dogs on site, as well as a shop aRead morend small bar. Having a drive for our car is great as is a lovely enclosed garden which was perfectly safe for Bertie, our dog. The owner Tim was on hand if we needed anything. All in all we had a great 2 weeks and be it rain or sunshine we were very happy to come back at the end of a day to this lovely, little holiday home . Hide

A nice well equipped cottage, good location for exploring local beaches. Plenty of good places to eat within 20mins drive.

We absolutely loved our stay at Bays Reach. The cottage is perfect, we loved all the little bits we received on our arrival, which was a really nice touch. The enclosed garden is perfect for the dogs and gives peace of mind and no escaping! Everything was nice and clean and well equipped. Close to lots of nice coastal walks and beaches.
