Holiday accommodation in Greenfield

The village of Greenfield in Flintshire is on the Welsh and English border, lying a few miles outside Holywell on the Dee Estuary between Flint and Prestatyn in North Wales.

One of the main local attractions is Flint Castle, which stands on the estuary and was the first to be built by King Edward I during his conquest of Wales; it opens its doors to visitors on a daily basis. Gladstone’s Library is another key historical attraction as it was founded by former Prime Minister William Gladstone and contains a wonderful collection of antiquated books.
