Holiday cottages & self-catering accommodation in Holywell

The market town of Holywell sits just west of the River Dee estuary in North Wales, and is well known (and well named) for its holy well, St Winefride's Well.

Named one of the Seven Wonders of Wales, the well is the site of Saint Winefride's beheading by Caradog and has been a place of pilgrimage since the 600s. The town also benefits good range of shops, restaurants, and pubs as well as the impressive ruins of Basingwerk Abbey.
