The coastal village of Portknockie can be found on the Moray Firth, not far from the town of Buckie. Portknockie is home to the Bow Fiddle Rock, which is a large sea arch made of quartzite rock that stands close to 50 feet tall and bears resemblance to the bow of a fiddle. Along the coast, it is possible to spot some interesting seabirds, including the fulmar, common eider, and razorbill.
