Holidays in Poulton-le-Fylde

Poulton-le-Fylde is a historical market town in Wyre. It is full of interesting shops and places of interest that line cobbled streets. Embark on the Poulton-le-Fylde Historic Trail which is 3 miles long that takes in old hotels and Skippool Creek, an old smuggler’s hangout. Also, visit the Maze Made of Maize which is an awesome tourist attraction to get lost in. The town hosts a monthly farmers’ market in the centre of town where you can buy local foods and products. Visit St Chad’s Church, one of the oldest in the country, for its springtime outburst of crocuses. The original stocks are still in situ in the centre of town and were used up until the 19th century. A good opportunity for silly photos.
