St Davids in the Pembrokeshire Coast National Park, West Wales is a tiny city where green Welsh hills meet the sea and where a magnificent cathedral has been a prominent feature for centuries. The religious importance of St Davids gave it city status but in reality it is a beautiful village sized settlement with traditional pubs, cafes, places to stay, lovely independent shops and plenty of things to do. St Davids Peninsula has some of the most magnificent coastal scenery in Pembrokeshire. One of the most popular walks starts from the square in the centre of St Davids, past the National Park Visitor Centre to Caerfai Bay, following the Pembrokeshire Coast Path in a clockwise direction to either St Justinians or Whitesands Bay before turning back inland.
