The village of Stithians is situated in West Cornwall, a few miles from the coastal town of Falmouth. The village is found on the banks of the River Kennall, in a particularly peaceful part of the Cornish countryside. Also close to Redruth and Camborne, you are within driving distance of some of central Cornwall’s busiest towns at our holiday cottages in Stithians.

Stithians is also home to the 300-acre Stithians Reservoir, which is a popular spot among watersports enthusiasts with an angling and watersports centre on its western shore, close to the Golden Lion Inn and Lakeside Restaurant. The reservoir is a hot spot for birdwatchers too. History wise, in the 19th century, the river used to turn 40-plus water wheels to generate power for the numerous mills that were once in the vicinity of Stithians.
