A very comfortable cottage with lovely views. It has top quality modern fittings throughout but still retains the feel of a cosy country property.

Lovely location and the cottage was incredibly well equipped. Owners were very helpful and non intrusive. The kids loved seeing the cows in the morning, we were not blessed with great weather but still enjoyed the hot tub and cycled a couple of times to Tiverton. Lovely memories from a great little break

The property was lovely and exceeded our expectations. We used it as a base between coasts because of its central location. Would return without question.

Lovely cottage. Perfect for our family which had 3 generations as grandparents downstairs and we were up. Was very quiet and peaceful even though this is a working farm. Hosts were extremely helpful and resolved any issues we had. DVDS in all rooms a bonus. The nearest pub is 2miles away on a country road so not really walkable.
