This remarkable lodge has been furnished with all your comforts in mind, offering a private hot tub and welcoming your four legged friends, it is the perfect property for a relaxing retreat.

The property sits in its own enclosed grounds with enclosed chicken pen and is the perfect base from which you can explore the beautiful landscape of mid Devon. There are lots of pretty villages such as Bickleigh, which has the River Exe running through it and the popular Mill that offers shopping and artisan foods. The distinctive dark red soil is typical in this area, making it a scenic setting, ideal for walking, cycling and other outdoor pursuits. Close by is the town of Tiverton, which has a pretty canal where you can enjoy a relaxing boat trip. Slightly further afield is the city of Exeter, known for its cathedral and its huge variety of shops and restaurants.

Stepping into this unique, stylish lodge, is the perfect place to leave your walking boots and step into the beautiful open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner. The well-equipped kitchen offers a gas oven and hob, dishwasher, microwave and fridge with ice compartment, a truly great space for preparing a family meal. The dining area is perfect to enjoy a meal together with seating for everyone. After a day of exploring the area, retire to the lounge area where you to sit back and relax amongst the cosy furniture, including sofa bed and watch your favourite movie on the Smart TV or listen to your favourite songs using the Bluetooth speaker. At the end of the day head to one of the two stylish bedrooms, one king-size zip-and-link (which can be made up as a twin on request) and one double, both with TV, to enjoy a good night’s sleep. Also, on the ground floor is the attractively designed shower room with shower and WC. To the rear, completing this accommodation, is a small utility room with washing machine.

Heading outside is your very own decked area with private hot tub and garden furniture with countryside views. Here you will also find the charcoal BBQ, making it the perfect spot to enjoy a spot of al fresco dining. There is also ample off-road parking.

Dogs are charged at £20 each per full or part week.

Lovely cottage with beautiful garden and hot tub. Quiet and perfect place for relaxation. This is a lovely little lodge which has everything you may need, even dog bowels! The hot tub is a real treat after a long day of walking and exploring beautiful Devon. It was perfect for us as a family of 4 but think it would be a bit tight to squeeze in 6 people. Lovely lodge. Main highlights - warm and cosy. Stanley and chuck the duck and the hens really friendly Up to 20 species of birds on the nuts every morning! The lodge is a perfect place to get away from it all, without being too far from a whole host of days out. Head north to Exmoor, head south to the beach, walk along the canal to Tiverton. We stayed in this lovely little lodge over New year. The hosts were very welcoming and friendly. The lodge was clean and had every thing we needed for our stay. Beautiful little lodge, very well built and decorated with modern features but was still incredibly cosy. The owners were very friendly and really helpful. They left chocolates and prosecco in the fridge for us which was a lovely touch. The hot tub was well maintained and checked everyday. Absolutely fantastic place to stay.

Arrived to a bottle of wine, cookies, bread and milk, hot tube ready, every thing you could need and more. Slept well. Enclosed garden for our dog, sun lounger, bbq, table and chairs. Seating by hot tube, nice lighting. Wi-Fi and bedroom tv's a little temperamental but was there to relax and we did that.
