The town of Ottery St Mary is walking distance from Little Gosford and offers a host of shops, tea rooms and antique shops. Escot Manor is less than a five minute drive away which offers a great family day out with lovely walks, a falconry display, pets corner, indoor play barn, kids zone, restaurant and much more. Close to cycle routes, horse riding and fishing available within the area. Crealy Adventure Park and Honiton Golf Club is a fifteen minutes drive away. The historic cities of Exeter and Taunton are half an hour away, offering many attractions, shopping centres, theatres and restaurants, enough to keep even the most discerning guests entertained. You will also be a comfortable drive to the delightful resorts of Lyme Regis, Seaton, Sidmouth and Exmouth, offering some picturesque coves and beaches. Farm activities: guests are welcomed with the owner's supervision and depending on the time of year, to help feed the lambs and collect freshly laid eggs.

Outside: private enclosed decked and patio area leads off the lounge and offers garden furniture and BBQ facilities. Amenities: ample off-road parking. My husband and I had fantastic week here in April. Lovely property with wonderful views across the fields. Really peaceful and a great place to getaway and relax. Brilliantly situated with main road routes across Devon close by but once at the cottage it feels like it is miles away from anywhere. Lovely pubs a short drive away and countryside to diRead moree for. 25 minutes from the coast. Owner Ann very helpful and welcoming felt like a home from home. We hope to return again. Hide

A peaceful rural setting with hens and sheep in fields overlooked from the cottage.Eggs and meat were available from the owners-all delicious! The owners lived next door and were helpful without being intrusive.A great farm shop called Joshua's and Garden Centre nearby and both with lovely cafes.

Well situated on a small poultry farm, with very helpful and pleasant owners. Ottery St Mary is within easy reach, with shops including a supermarket and a petrol station. Escott Park is well worth a visit and only about a mile away.
