The lounge is also on the first floor, which offers a TV/DVD, electric fire and comfortable sofas so you can all relax together. Double doors from the first floor lead on to a balcony with far-reaching views over the rolling countryside.

You’ll also have access to your own patio, shared lawns, BBQ and a whole range of leisure facilities. There include a shared, heated indoor swimming pool (open seven days a week, 8am – 10pm, private bookings are taken at times, public opening time tables and full information can be found on site), snooker tables, skittle alley, squash courts and five-a-side all-weather pitch. Two carp fishing lakes can be found nearby. Loads of lovely walks close by. Food was very good at the pub and facilities were more than enough to keep the children busy. Very clean and well thought out properties. What you miss in rustic character is certainly more than made up for in facilities and quality of accommodation. Public footpaths galore!

We found the staff very friendly and helpful, the property is worn in places and needs light maintenance, but didn't affect our stay. The indoor and outdoor play center was very good. The swimming pool was also very good and maintained, our grandchildren enjoyed all facilities on site. The pub was also very good, food was well prepared and service Read morewas excellent. The access road to the site I found a real nuisance narrow and busy I've got a few new light scratches on my car from close encounter's Hide

Fantastic situation and the accomodation was clean and very well equiped. Facilities are great for children. We ate in their restuarant a couple of times, food was good quality, portion size generous and excellent value for money. We would stay here again without a second thought.
