Yes our second stay. Great improvements. Thank goodness for the walk through to the dining room. Remains clean, with everything you need for cooking. Close to all amenities. New clothes line Tracy! Good to have towels this time. Missed the home made scones though. But thank you anyway. Really recommend this place for families.

A very comfortable,clean, well equipped house. It was only a short drive to Westward Ho! beach and very near a large supermarket. The owners were very friendly and helpful and responded immediately to a plumbing problem. We enjoyed the welcoming cream tea!

The property was very spacious & very well maintained. It was very well equipped. The mature garden was beautiful. Could not fault the property except the shower comment above. The rotary washing line needs to be replaced. The cream tea on arrival was a lovely touch.

Very spacious, well appointed property in a great location which accommodated our family very comfortably. Real plus points were having 5 bathrooms, lovely front and rear gardens and being able to bring 2 dogs. We highly recommend.

Great time had by all of the Family. I cannot recommend this house enough it was perfect. great space for entertaining if you fancied staying in. we made great use of the outside space and the BBQ's due the great weather we had. lots of things to do in the surrounding areas but great Pubs and amenities close by. We will be back!

Ideal property for a large family. Plenty of room for everyone with separate private bedrooms. Great kitchen containing all equipment required. Great garden.

A wonderful cottage in a beautiful area. We had such a wonderful time we did not want to leave. My dog loved the large enclosed garden. There are so many lovely walks nearby which allows you to see the beautiful surrounding areas. I could not be more pleased with this accommodation.
